Center for Communication Medicine
“You cannot not communicate.”
(Paul Wazlawik)
The ability to communicate is a prerequisite for social coexistence, professional competence, and personal satisfaction.
The Center for Communication Medicine was founded in 2007 by ao.Univ.Prof. Dr. Berit Schneider-Stickler. It focuses on an interdisciplinary, highly specialized approach to all medical areas that contribute to optimizing, restoring and improving communication skills. Patients with voice, speech, language and hearing disorders on the one hand and diseases of the anatomical structures necessary for vocalization and articulation on the other receive the most modern diagnostic clarification and competent advice about current treatment options. An interdisciplinary network with specialist therapists completes the medical work of ao.Univ.Prof. Dr. Berit Schneider-Stickler.
